Terms and Conditions

Any animal requiring feeding on the trip MUST have their regular food supplied, or a food fee will be applied as arranged before pick-up.

Whilst we prefer animals to travel in their own crates or boxes, we have a wide range of boxes and crates available to make things simpler for all concerned.  If you send your crate with us, we will return it at a small cost on the next available run.

Poultry MUST be pre boxed as this reduces stress and eliminates danger of escape during transfer.

Dogs MUST have their own collars and leads where possible.  Please let us know if this will be a problem as we have a variety of collars and leads we can use.

Cats will have kitty litter trays available at all times during travel, and will be checked every hour as per animal welfare laws.

All animals, where appropriate, will have either fresh water and food available at all times, or regular food, water and toilet stops.

Any medications your pet needs while in transit will be administered on time, every time.

All birds must be properly caged and have access to refill food and water as needed, and to check their condition.  All other birds must be sent in travel cages suitable for the size and number of birds being sent.    

IMPORTANT REMINDER ~ some bird species will NOT be traveled in more than 1 to a box to ensure safety of the birds.  Please ask if you are unsure as a refusal to transport can offend both parties

Fish by arrangement only, please contact with your quantities and requirements of the fish, eg tropical, marine, cold water etc.

All rabbits must be vaccinated against RCD.

** Rural Deliveries - Please ensure directions are clear and landmarks given if house numbers are not visible.

** Where possible puppies need to be fully vaccinated.
